• Is It Difficult to Get to Rotary Meetings?

You are too busy: work, family, etc., has meant that you don't have the time you want for weekly Rotary meetings

You have moved: you can’t attend meetings or activities at your former club, but want to stay connected to them and District 5170

You have health issues: for reasons related to illness or mobility, you find it difficult to attend meetings

You love Rotary, but needed something different: you need a time-out from the “traditional” club format but want to stay involved in Rotary in some way

  • Has Your interests in Rotary Service changed?

Are the projects and fellowship of your former club no longer in sync with your interests?

Do you want to make more personal decisions about contributing to making the world a better place, but need a different Rotary format to make that happen?

Perhaps you seek like-minded folks who share a worldview or interest in their community as yourself?

Are you looking to do different local and international projects more aligned with your interests?

Do you want to return to Rotary to explore new ways of participating with an internationally-focused club?

If so, we have a solution…

“Return to Rotary”

We are the Rotary eClub of Silicon Valley, an online club founded in Silicon Valley with members around the globe. We bring together passionate Rotarians who take individual and group action to better our communities through service. We offer our unique presentation of pre-produced Weekly meetings on-demand via our website or podcast…you choose the format that works for you. Our asynchronous platform provides club news, announcements, a subject-matter expert speaker connecting with us from all over the world, and places for you to add your service activity, opinions, Happy Dollars, etc., all from the comfort and convenience of wherever you happen to be, whenever you have the time. Flexibility is our secret sauce!

Having fun online is important to us, as well. A recent online social featured a video tour of our member's town – we had walkabouts in Italy and Germany for example. That said, we're not just online; we encourage in-person meet-ups for fellowship and service in your local area with other members when possible.
